Raised with two older brothers, who always had the radio playing anything from Deep Purple to the Rolling Stones, I detected my affection to music in a very early stage in my life. At the age of 13 I got my first guitar, and eagerly started to learn songs of my favorite Bands and Guitarists.

But there was always something that attracted me more than "just" playing my guitar, and that´s writing my own songs. It has alway been a channel for me, to let my thoughts and experiences flow through, and to express the inside of my heart.
When I gave my life to the only true hope, Jesus Christ, at the age of 17, I started to write and play my music to HIM.
HE is the creator of music, and to HIM it should be played.
In 1991 I started to lead worship at Calvary Chapel Siegen, where I have found my spiritual home. Since October 2011 I am one of the worship leaders at Calvary Chapel Santa Barbara/California.

It is wonderful to get to do something that I was created for. There´s nothing I would enjoy more.
